Here are some of our "off the shelf" offerings. If you can dream it up, we can make Clear do it - all for a fixed agreed price contract.

Replacement for the Business Activity Statement. (BAS) Our replacement process does not require 1000's of settings to be maintained (with or without Wizard), and prints a meaningful report based on ATO standards. "Proof" data can be exported to Excel meaningfully for detailed analysis. This one is a "must have".

A Report Server that can PRINT the reports. Our report server can print Crystal and Legacy non Crystal reports to a real printer. Crystal Reports can also be emailed with a professional HTML message and attached as a PDF. More than one attachment can be placed on one email. Multiple Servers can be set up to automatically load balance the print queue. (You only have to purchase one copy)

Advanced GL Checking features - When the GL goes out of balance - how do you find it? By using our advanced tracking tools, those unbalanced transactions, bad dates and other nasties will turn up quickly. It can even analyse your chart to ensure that you have not created the problem. (It can happen!)

Advanced Email Features. Send real HTML based emails with embedded company logo etc automatically from Clear Enterprise. Attach documents from Document management, files from your PC (or both) to emails being sent automatically by Clear Enterprise.

Dynamic Applications Platform. If you have remote warehouses, custom portal needs, or simply want a better user interface for your customisations - DAP is the answer. Based on the Clear Enterprise Server, it brings true Thin Client Design to Clear Enterprise - Today. (Actually, three years ago!)

SMS Gateway - Send and Receive SMS messages from / to your Clear Enterprise system. Send SMS messages to your staff and customers, despatch confirmations, alerts and any other information you like.
