What is included in each Microskin subscription purchased is an agreed amount of product to the subscriber (you only), as per your subscription level. The product is shipped to you quarterly from the date of your subscription on mymicroskin.com.
All mymicroskin.com content, layout, design, data and graphics are protected by trademark and other international copyright laws. Once your subscription is accepted, you will be granted use of our web site mymicroskin.com, you may personally view material online including access to your account and download from time to time information published only for mymicroskin.com users. Other than as as previously stated, no part of the mymicroskin.com material or website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording and/or otherwise) without our prior written consent. If such consent is granted, any such authorised uses of content, must include the customary bibliographic citation, including author attribution, date, article, article title and the URL www.mymicroskin.com and must include the copyright notices.
The Microskin International trademarks and logos which are displayed on the website are the trademarks of Microskin Holdings Pty Ltd. Any use including framing, metatags or other text utilising the Microskin Holdings trademarks or other trademarks displayed, is strictly prohibited without our (or our affiliate's) express written consent.
