I have been working in the Hospitality Industry for 6 years. As my job is Restaurant Supervisor, I am in demand to be on the restaurant floor at all times, this can require me to be on my feet for
extremely long periods.
I find that at the end of the day my feet used to be quite swollen and have a constant ache in them,and depending on the length of my shift I have had lower back pain, and my feet at times have been quite painful to touch.
I have now been using Footfridge Innersoles and have found they have dramaticly reduced the swelling. There has been no aching at the end of a long shift and I no longer have back pain.
