The Footfridge innersoles perform three separate functions: The active paste moves backwards and forwards stimulating the soles of the feet, increasing blood flow. This is known to reduce tiredness. It also reduces sweating which combats odour.The innersoles act as a thermal shield to deflect heat away from the feet eliminating overheating and all of the complications related to heat absorption. This helps lower the risk of swelling, which causes rubbing that damages the skin, toes, toenails and bony prominences, etc. Laboratory tests have shown a drop of seven degrees centigrade with the use of the Footfridge innersoleCushions the feet and heels preventing jarring that can cause problems with the ankles, knees and lower back. The internal paste provides excellent shock relief in shoes that have little cushioning which in turn reduces fatigue and lowers the incidence of injury.Due to the extremely thin design of the Footfridge innersole, it is easily worn in all forms of “closed in” footwear. They will also easily slide on top of any orthotics.The innersole comes in two sizes. One for women (size 5 – 9) and one for men (size 7 -12).
